Chemicals are everywhere. And while some play an essential role in our daily lives, others are seriously harmful – to humans, animals and the planet.
Reducing chemical input in the products we use means fewer chemicals flowing into our ecosystems at manufacturing sites, fewer harmful chemicals for factory workers to be exposed to, fewer chemicals being absorbed into our bodies and fewer chemicals washing into the water supply.
Whenever possible we strive to reduce, reduce, reduce humanity’s use of harmful chemicals and so look for products that contain as few chemicals as possible. Conscious consuming is a great way to take a bite out of this sticky mess of a sustainability problem.
